Post Investment from THI, management was tasked to do a business, process & digital Transformation; Led the digital transformation as interim transformation director overseeing following activities providing oversight to PE fund/management and hands on work with middle management/vendors and additional consultants

Request for proposal and supplier selection process for all systems accounting to around £1mn capex & opex spend
