CIDEK Consulting was set up in Apr 2021. CIDEK's founder has a background in consulting working with Big4's across geographies before setting up CIDEK Consulting in the UK. CIDEK Founder has worked at Deloitte, EY, KPMG across the UK, Germany, Nordics and India, having led the Integration/Separation and IT M&A practice as an Associate Director at Deloitte India. CIDEK’ founder has gained significant high quality consulting exposure honing his skills at Big4 firms leading Integration/Separation/IT M&A practice Since starting CIDEK, Satya has successfully provided repeated consulting services to UK, Europe & US based tier 1/tier 2 consulting firms, and boutique run by ex-Big4 Partners
CIDEK provides Consulting support to PE and Corporate clients working as Interim Program/Transformation Director/Manager, PMI/Carve-out PMO Lead, IT Integration/Separation Workstream Lead, and Digital Transformation Director. We work with clients globally.
Typical Projects we work on are Private Equity (PE) backed & Corporate carve-out & Post-Merger-Integration (PMI), Business/Digital Transformation & IT/Tech DD engagements. Programs span across the deal lifecycle of pre-sign, sign (Day 0) to close (Day1), and post close (TSA exit).

Satya has around 21 years of hands-on management consulting, program governance & program delivery experience - leading PE & corporate carveout & PMI, business/digital transformation & IT/Tech DD engagements. Programs span across the deal lifecycle of pre-sign, sign (Day 0) to close (Day1), and post close (TSA exit).
Satya set up CIDEK, a UK based consulting in Mar 2021, advising PE/VC and PortCos in areas of PMI, carve-out, value creation and transformation, working as program director/manager, PMI/carveout lead, IT integration/separation & digital transformation lead.
Satya previously, worked for around 16 years with Big4s and at Infosys, leading IT M&A and integration/separation practices.

Satya has a track record of getting multiple contract extensions, and trust shown by senior management (PE investors, CXOs) to fully own & deliver the program, having led multiple vendor selection process, has a good network of global vendors.
Satya is associated as an exclusive Ops & IT carveout consulting partner with a US based PE specializing in special situations and complex carveout and has completed around 15+ operational and IT carveout pre-deal diligence, 1 end to end TSA exit, and 2 carveout planning prior to signing for them.
Satya work cross sectors managing site carveouts typical of Manufacturing sector, and fully remote businesses typical of online sector.
