3. Thesis Leadership Appreciation
For the complex Carve-out delivered to separate Thesis from Unit4, Thesis CEO sent across a handwritten note and Thesis Welcome Kit as a gesture of appreciation for CIDEK's work.
This appreciation acknowledged the savings made on several procurement of vendors, speed in which the Carve-out was completed, managing multiple Senior Stakeholders, managing multiple vendors, deadlines caused due to external factors, and ensuring Cave-out was clean and didn't impact any Business Continuity.
4. Infogain Leadership Appreciation
Infogain, a US IT Services company operating from US & India, acquired 3 companies Silicus, Revel & Motiv, 3 Cloud Services company in the US.
These acquisitions were completed one after another, leaving very little time for the full integration of the companies.
As part of that, CIDEK's founder led the Post-Merger-Integration and travelled several times to US to ensure all acquired entities were heard while the Integration was taking place.
For all the effort and ensuring a clean Integration, Infogain and acquired entities wrote a handwritten card as a gesture of appreciation on my last day in the US.
