About CIDEK Consulting
CIDEK Consulting was set up in Apr 2021. CIDEK's founder has a background in Consulting working with Big4's across geographies before setting up CIDEK Consulting in the UK. CIDEK Founder has worked at Deloitte, EY, KPMG across the UK, Germany, Nordics and India, having led the Integration/Separation and IT M&A practise as an Associate Director at Deloitte India.
CIDEK provides Consulting support to PE and Corporate clients working as Interim Program/Transformation Director/Manager, PMI/Carve-out PMO Lead, IT Integration/Separation Workstream Lead, and Digital Transformation Director. We work with clients globally.
Typical Projects we work on are Private Equity (PE) backed & Corporate Carve-out & Post-Merger-Integration (PMI), Business/Digital Transformation & IT Due Diligence (ITDD) engagements; across Deal Lifecycle of Pre-Sign, Sign to Close, and Post Close phases.
The engagements we support are Complex, Vague and have a big Cross-Functional, Cross-Organisation, multi-vendor team.

CIDEK Consulting was founded by Satyaprakash Pandey (Satya).
Satya has around 19 years of Hands-On Management Consulting/Program Governance/Program Delivery experience leading Private Equity (PE) backed & Corporate Carve-out & Post-Merger-Integration (PMI), Business/Digital Transformation & IT Due Diligence (ITDD) engagements; across Deal Lifecycle of Pre-Sign, Sign to Close, and Post Close phases.
Previously, Satya has worked for around 16 years with Big4s (Deloitte, EY, KPMG) and with the Professional Services team at Infosys. At Big4s, Satya was leading IT M&A and Integration/Separation practise delivering around 50+ ITDD, and 20+ major Carve-out, PMI and Transformation Projects.

Multi-country Experience: Satya has lived and worked in around 11 countries on Work Permit across the Americas (US, Colombia, Mexico), Europe (UK, Germany, Czech Republic, Norway, Sweden, Denmark), Asia (Philippines, India). Satya has travelled on Business visits to multiple other countries across the globe.
50+ Consulting Projects: Satya has delivered more than 50+ Consulting Projects globally for multiple PE backed & Corporate Clients.
50+ IT Due Diligence Engagements: Satya has delivered 50+ IT DD engagements for various PE and Corporate clients for PE Investments, Carve-out, Integration and PE Exit scenarios.
20+ PMI & Carve-out Programs: Satya has delivered 20+ PMI & Carve-out engagements working as PMI/Carve-out PMO lead; or as specific workstream lead supporting the business.
Associate Network
Having worked on multiple PMI/Carve-out & Transformation engagements, Satya has developed a pool of Associate Network, who have helped deliver several engagements for CIDEK Consulting where a wider team has been requested by the clients.
