📅 Since our inception in Mar 2021, we have delivered around:

🎉 As we celebrate our **5 year anniversary** this month, I take this moment as a reflection of the work we have delivered, thereby being a reason of our client's delight. Throughout this journey, we have created memorable, positive experiences fostering long-term loyalty and emotional connection with majority of our clients.

🌍 We have worked with several **UK, Europe, US & global:**

🏦 **Private Equity (PE) & PortCos:** supporting them on investments, PMI, Carveout & Transformation programs

🏢 **large scale & mid-market Consulting firms:** leading teams for them to deliver complex programs, or providing support as expert individual contributor

🤝 **Specialised Recruitment for Interim Hires:** A huge chunk of the work we have delivered have come through UK, Europe, US & global specialised recruitment teams

In all of these 3 cases, our work has been characterised by the trust shown by senior management (PE investors, Operating Partners, CXOs) to **fully own & deliver the program**, resulting in multiple **contract extensions** and **repeat engagements**.

📈 Since 2024, we have been working as an **exclusive Carveout & IT Operating Partner** for a **US PE** specialising in special situations and complex carveout, completing around:

🔎 **15+ ops and IT carveout diligence**  
🧩 **1 TSA exit end to end**  
📑 **2 sign to close carveout planning**

This PE has been kind enough to value our work and relationship, and have introduced us to their wider PE network multiple times

🌐 We have worked across geographies, delivering programs remotely, and travelling to the client locations when needed. CIDEK has delivered programs across the **US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, India, Japan, Canada** and multiple other European countries

🎓 CIDEK delivered a **2 day onsite PMI, Carveout & IT/Tech DD training** to a cohort comprising of FTSE 250 companies cross-functional representatives working in the deal space

🤝 We are **open to work** and available to support UK, Europe, US & global PE, PortCos, consulting & recruitment firms, supporting their M&A and transformation agenda
